\nYou have 180 calendar days<\/strong> from the purchase date to request a refund.\n<\/p>\n

Refund Fees<\/h2>\n

  • Refunds to your Jupiteresim account balance are free.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Refunds to your original payment method may incur a $2.50 processing fee per eSIM.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n(No fee will be applied if the issue is from our side, such as an unsupported country or technical issue.)\n<\/p>\n

    How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\n

    You can request a refund by going to:<\/p>\n

    \nIf you cannot see the refund button, it means your eSIM is not eligible for a refund due to one of the following:\n<\/p>\n

    • The eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used<\/li>\n
    • The plan price is lower than the refund processing fee<\/li>\n
    • The refund request period has expired<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Refund Processing<\/h2>\n

      If your request is approved, we will issue the refund to:<\/p>\n

      • Your original payment method<\/li>\n
      • or<\/li>\n
      • Your Jupiteresim account balance (based on your selection)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \nYou will receive the refund within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.\n<\/p>\n

        • Jupiteresim acts as an eSIM reseller, and network performance depends on local carriers.<\/li>\n
        • Refunds do not apply to issues related to network coverage or signal quality in certain areas.<\/li>\n
        • eSIMs are non-refundable after installation, activation, or any usage.<\/li>\n
