\n\t\u2022\t\u201cPartner\u201d means any third-party network operator or provider supplying eSIM services.
\n\t\u2022\t\u201cUser\u201d \/ \u201cCustomer\u201d means any individual or entity using the Platform.
\n\t\u2022\t\u201cOrder\u201d means a completed purchase of one or more eSIM products.
\n\t\u2022\t\u201cActivation\u201d means the first successful connection of the eSIM to a supported network.
\n\t\u2022\t\u201cData Plan\u201d means a mobile data service package associated with an eSIM.<\/p>\n

3. Eligibility & Account Registration<\/p>\n
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.<\/p>\n
By creating an account, you agree to:

\n\t\u2022\tNotify us immediately of unauthorized access

JupiterEsims reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.<\/p>\n

4. eSIM Products & Partner Services<\/p>\n
4.1 Product Availability<\/p>\n
All eSIM products are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or repriced at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n
4.2 Partner Dependency<\/p>\n
All services depend on third-party Partners. JupiterEsims is not responsible for:
\n\t\u2022\tNetwork outages or interruptions
\n\t\u2022\tCoverage limitations
\n\t\u2022\tSpeed fluctuations or throttling
\n\t\u2022\tAny changes made by Partners<\/p>\n
4.3 Device Compatibility<\/p>\n
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their device:
\n\t\u2022\tSupports eSIM functionality
\n\t\u2022\tIs carrier-unlocked<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims does not guarantee compatibility with any specific device.<\/p>\n
4.4 Activation Window<\/p>\n
eSIMs must be activated within the validity period specified at purchase. Unused eSIMs may expire without refund.<\/p>\n
4.5 Plan Validity & Start Date<\/p>\n
The validity of a Data Plan begins upon the first successful connection to a supported network (Activation), unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n
4.6 Network Performance & Fair Usage<\/p>\n
Network performance may vary depending on:
\n\t\u2022\tUser location
\n\t\u2022\tNetwork congestion
\n\t\u2022\tPartner infrastructure
\n\t\u2022\tLocal carrier policies<\/p>\n
Some plans may be subject to fair usage policies or speed throttling. Continuous high-speed connectivity is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n
\u2e3b<\/p>\n
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment<\/p>\n
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include fees. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
By placing an Order, you authorize JupiterEsims to charge your selected payment method.<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Order in cases of:
\n\t\u2022\tSuspected fraud
\n\t\u2022\tPricing errors
\n\t\u2022\tPayment failure<\/p>\n
Refunds will be issued where applicable.<\/p>\n

5.1 Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims reserves the right to:

\n\t\u2022\tRequest identity or payment verification
\n\t\u2022\tBlock accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks<\/p>\n
Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and restriction from future purchases.<\/p>\n

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/p>\n
6.1 Refund Eligibility<\/p>\n
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only granted if:
\n\t\u2022\tThe eSIM was not delivered
\n\t\u2022\tThe eSIM is technically defective and unresolved
\n\t\u2022\tThe plan is invalid due to a Platform error<\/p>\n
6.2 Non-Refundable Cases<\/p>\n
Refunds will not be issued if:
\n\t\u2022\tThe eSIM has been activated
\n\t\u2022\tData has been partially or fully used
\n\t\u2022\tThe device is incompatible
\n\t\u2022\tInstallation errors occur due to user actions
\n\t\u2022\tDissatisfaction with network performance<\/p>\n
6.3 Refund Process<\/p>\n
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include:

\n\t\u2022\tDevice details
\n\t\u2022\tDescription of the issue<\/p>\n
Approved refunds will be processed within 5\u201310 business days.<\/p>\n

6.4 Technical Validation Process<\/p>\n
Before approving a refund, Users must cooperate with support and provide:

Refunds will only be issued after a reasonable support process confirms the issue cannot be resolved.<\/p>\n

6.5 eSIM Re-delivery Policy<\/p>\n
Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details.<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims may re-send eSIM details (including QR codes), however:
\n\t\u2022\tRepeated requests may be limited
\n\t\u2022\teSIMs that have already been accessed, downloaded, or activated may not be eligible for replacement<\/p>\n

7. Acceptable Use & Authorized Resale<\/p>\n
Users must use the Platform lawfully.<\/p>\n
Authorized Resale<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims allows the resale and redistribution of eSIM products.<\/p>\n
Resellers agree to:
\n\t\u2022\tRepresent products accurately and honestly
\n\t\u2022\tAvoid misleading claims
\n\t\u2022\tComply with all applicable laws
\n\t\u2022\tProvide first-line customer support unless otherwise agreed<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller access in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.<\/p>\n

Prohibited Activities

8. Intellectual Property<\/p>\n
All content on the Platform is the property of JupiterEsims or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.<\/p>\n
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for purchasing purposes only.<\/p>\n

9. Privacy & Data Protection<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/p>\n
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR).<\/p>\n
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms:
\n\t1.\tThe parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.
\n\t2.\tIf no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.<\/p>\n
JupiterEsims reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Hong Kong under applicable arbitration rules.<\/p>\n
