Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jupiteresim.

It is your responsibility to check if your device is eSIM compatible before purchasing any plan.

🚨 IMPORTANT: You can request a refund only if the eSIM has NOT been installed, activated, or used. 🚨

You have 180 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund.


Refund Fees

  • Refunds to your Jupiteresim account balance are free.
  • Refunds to your original payment method may incur a $2.50 processing fee per eSIM.

(No fee will be applied if the issue is from our side, such as an unsupported country or technical issue.)


How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by going to:

“My Profile” → “My eSIMs” → “Actions” → “Request Refund”

If you cannot see the refund button, it means your eSIM is not eligible for a refund due to one of the following:

  • The eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used
  • The plan price is lower than the refund processing fee
  • The refund request period has expired

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, we will issue the refund to:

  • Your original payment method
  • or
  • Your Jupiteresim account balance (based on your selection)

You will receive the refund within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Important Notes

  • Jupiteresim acts as an eSIM reseller, and network performance depends on local carriers.
  • Refunds do not apply to issues related to network coverage or signal quality in certain areas.
  • eSIMs are non-refundable after installation, activation, or any usage.
  • By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
