1. Introduction
Welcome to JupiterEsims. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JupiterEsims platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by JupiterEsims (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
JupiterEsims operates as an authorized reseller and distributor of eSIM products provided by third-party network operators and service providers (“Partners”). JupiterEsims is not a telecommunications carrier and does not operate network infrastructure.

2. Definitions
• “eSIM” means a digital SIM profile that can be installed on a compatible device without a physical SIM card.
• “Partner” means any third-party network operator or provider supplying eSIM services.
• “User” / “Customer” means any individual or entity using the Platform.
• “Order” means a completed purchase of one or more eSIM products.
• “Activation” means the first successful connection of the eSIM to a supported network.
• “Data Plan” means a mobile data service package associated with an eSIM.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
JupiterEsims reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

4. eSIM Products & Partner Services
4.1 Product Availability
All eSIM products are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or repriced at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Partner Dependency
All services depend on third-party Partners. JupiterEsims is not responsible for:
• Network outages or interruptions
• Coverage limitations
• Speed fluctuations or throttling
• Any changes made by Partners
4.3 Device Compatibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their device:
• Supports eSIM functionality
• Is carrier-unlocked
JupiterEsims does not guarantee compatibility with any specific device.
4.4 Activation Window
eSIMs must be activated within the validity period specified at purchase. Unused eSIMs may expire without refund.
4.5 Plan Validity & Start Date
The validity of a Data Plan begins upon the first successful connection to a supported network (Activation), unless otherwise specified.
4.6 Network Performance & Fair Usage
Network performance may vary depending on:
• User location
• Network congestion
• Partner infrastructure
• Local carrier policies
Some plans may be subject to fair usage policies or speed throttling. Continuous high-speed connectivity is not guaranteed.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include fees. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.
By placing an Order, you authorize JupiterEsims to charge your selected payment method.
JupiterEsims reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Order in cases of:
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing errors
• Payment failure
Refunds will be issued where applicable.

5.1 Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
JupiterEsims reserves the right to:
• Suspend or cancel suspicious transactions
• Request identity or payment verification
• Block accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and restriction from future purchases.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only granted if:
• The eSIM was not delivered
• The eSIM is technically defective and unresolved
• The plan is invalid due to a Platform error
6.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The eSIM has been activated
• Data has been partially or fully used
• The device is incompatible
• Installation errors occur due to user actions
• Dissatisfaction with network performance
6.3 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include:
• Order reference
• Device details
• Description of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6.4 Technical Validation Process
Before approving a refund, Users must cooperate with support and provide:
• Device model and OS version
• Screenshots or recordings
• Confirmation of troubleshooting steps taken
Refunds will only be issued after a reasonable support process confirms the issue cannot be resolved.

6.5 eSIM Re-delivery Policy
Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
JupiterEsims may re-send eSIM details (including QR codes), however:
• Repeated requests may be limited
• eSIMs that have already been accessed, downloaded, or activated may not be eligible for replacement

7. Acceptable Use & Authorized Resale
Users must use the Platform lawfully.
Authorized Resale
JupiterEsims allows the resale and redistribution of eSIM products.
Resellers agree to:
• Represent products accurately and honestly
• Avoid misleading claims
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Provide first-line customer support unless otherwise agreed
JupiterEsims reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller access in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Prohibited Activities
• Illegal activities or fraud
• Spam or network abuse
• Reverse engineering or duplication of eSIMs
• Circumventing usage restrictions
• Use of bots or automated systems

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is the property of JupiterEsims or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for purchasing purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JupiterEsims from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Modifications to Terms
JupiterEsims reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR).
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms:
1. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.
2. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
JupiterEsims reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Hong Kong under applicable arbitration rules.
